Prepkart offers two types of products:

2.1 Physical Books

  • All book descriptions, images, and details are provided for reference.

  • Actual book appearance may vary slightly.

2.2 Digital Courses & Educational Content

  • Courses may include videos, PDFs, quizzes, assignments, and downloadable resources.

  • Content is for personal learning use only and cannot be shared, resold, or redistributed.

2.3 Product Availability

  • All listings are subject to availability.

  • We may update, modify, or remove products/courses at any time.


3. Orders & Pricing

  1. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.

  2. Placing an order represents your offer to purchase. The order is accepted only after you receive a confirmation email.

  3. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

    • Stock unavailability

    • Pricing errors

    • Payment issues

    • Fraudulent activity

  4. Prepkart is not responsible for technical or payment-failure issues caused by third-party payment gateways.


4. Payments

 

  1. Payments must be made using approved payment methods shown at checkout.

  2. Cash on Delivery (COD) may be offered for books in select locations only.

  3. For digital courses, COD is not applicable.

  4. Payment failures, duplications, or delays caused by banks or gateways are not our responsibility.


5. Shipping & Delivery (Books)

 

  1. Orders are typically shipped within the estimated processing time displayed at checkout.

  2. Delivery timelines depend on your location and the courier partner.

  3. Once an order is dispatched, the responsibility for delivery lies with the courier company.

  4. Shipping fees (if applicable) will be shown before final payment.

  5. Customers will receive SMS/email updates, including tracking details.


6. No Return / No Exchange Policy for Books

  1. All book sales are final.

  2. We do not accept returns or exchanges after the order is placed.

  3. Replacement is allowed only if:

    • The book is damaged during delivery

    • Pages are missing

    • Printing or binding defects

    • The wrong book is delivered

  4. Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images/videos as proof.

  5. Decisions regarding replacements will be made at Prepkart’s discretion.


7. Digital Courses – No Refund & No Cancellation

 

  1. All digital course purchases are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-cancellable.

  2. Access to courses is granted immediately after successful payment.

  3. Course validity and access duration are mentioned on the respective course page.

  4. Sharing login credentials or distributing course content is strictly prohibited.

  5. Technical issues related to devices, internet, or compatibility do not qualify for refunds.

  6. We provide full technical support for platform-related access issues.


8. User Responsibilities

Users agree:

  • Not to misuse the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

  • Not to copy, resell, or distribute our digital content or materials.

  • Not to place false or misleading orders.

  • Not to attempt to hack, modify, or interfere with the platform’s functionality.

Violation may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.

    • Third-party payment gateway failures

    • Internet issues, device issues, or user errors
