1. Replacement Policy (Books Only)

At Prepkart, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to deliver books in perfect condition. Please read the following guidelines carefully.

1.1 No Returns After Use

Books that have been opened, used, or read cannot be returned. Please verify your order before completing your purchase.

1.2 Eligible for Replacement

A replacement will be provided only in the following cases:

  • The book received is physically damaged during delivery.

  • The book has missing pages, misprints, or binding issues.

  • You received a different book than what you ordered.

1.3 Replacement Request Time Frame

All replacement requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests after this period will not be considered.

1.4 Replacement Process

To request a replacement:

  1. Email us at reachus@prepkartedutech.com with:

    • Order ID

    • Description of the issue

    • Clear photos/videos showing the defect

  2. Our support team will review and confirm eligibility.

  3. If approved, the book must be returned in its original packaging and unused condition.

  4. A replacement copy will be shipped to you at no extra cost.

1.5 Non-Eligible Cases

We will not accept replacement requests for:

  • Books showing signs of reading or usage

  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery

  • Issues related to personal preferences (content, storyline, writing style, etc.)



2. Shipping Policy (Books)

We aim to deliver all book orders safely and promptly.

2.1 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after verifying payment.

2.2 Shipping Days

Orders are dispatched Monday to Saturday, excluding national/public holidays.

2.3 Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery across India takes 4–7 business days, depending on location and courier availability.

2.4 Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before final payment.

2.5 Order Tracking

Once shipped, customers will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.

2.6 Delivery Delays

Delivery delays may occur due to external factors like weather, transport issues, strikes, or regional restrictions.
We appreciate your patience during such circumstances.



3. Course Purchase Policy

Digital course purchases follow strict terms due to immediate, irrevocable content access.

3.1 No Return / No Refund Policy

All digital courses are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-returnable as users receive instant access to learning materials and intellectual content.

3.2 Access Period

Each course has a specified validity period (e.g., 3 months, 6 months, or lifetime access).
This is clearly mentioned on the respective course page.

3.3 Non-Transferable Access

Course access cannot be:

  • Shared

  • Transferred

  • Distributed

  • Resold

Any misuse may lead to immediate account suspension without refund.

3.4 Technical Issues

For issues related to course access, video playback, login, or platform errors:

Technical issues do not qualify for refunds.

3.5 Incorrect Course Purchase
